Olivia Dixon — Founder

Olivia Dixon

As founder and director of Screened Music, Olivia is the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to composer applications, composer benefits, events, editorial and industry relations. Originally a pianist, Olivia has a BA in Music and a MA in Composition for TV and FIlm. She has been composing music in a professional capacity for over 10 years working for numerous agencies, publishers and freelancers including Extreme Music, Finger Music, Boost Music and many others. Her music has been used extensively around the world in documentaries, adverts and films.

Steve Molesworth — Site Design & Marketing

Steve Molesworth

Steve is responsible for the design and function of the Screened Music website as well as on and offline marketing activities. Steve's background in all things digital includes founding SugarShaker, a web development and online marketing company in 2001 and being a director of Fluid Network (one of London's most established online bar and restaurant guides). Duncan Welch — Technical

Duncan Welch

Duncan is the brains behind the technical back-end of Screened Music and is responsible for the overall functionality and smooth running of the site. Outside of Screened Music Duncan has worked for over 14 years as a programmer and database engineer and is currently IT manager at a large IT firm. He is also founder of Fluid Network with Screened Music colleague Steve. When not in front of his computer Duncan can be found playing the accordion, piano or learning the guitar.

Alex Baranowski — Composer News

Alex Baranowski

Alex supervises the promotion of Screened Music composer news, keeping our users informed of noteworthy projects undertaken by our composer members via the composer news channel, RSS feeds and Twitter. If you are a Screened Music composer and would like to promote a forthcoming project please email Alex. Typical items might be prime-time music broadcasts, awards, exhibitions, concerts, screenings, noteworthy projects, recording sessions, album releases, label or agency signings.

Rob Manning — Industry News & Events

Rob Manning

Rob works with Olivia to liaise with relevant industry bodies, keeping us informed of forthcoming news and events specifically related to film and television composing. Where possible, he works to facilitate special offers and other benefits that might be useful to our composer members. If you are aware of an event that might be of interest to our members, or are promoting an event please email Rob.

Anne Nikitin & James Jones — Music Reviews

Anne Nikitin James Jones

Anne and James are our in-house reviewers, working together to steer us towards the musical gems that are hiding on the Screened Music site. Each month they put together themed 'recommended listening' playlists for your enjoyment. Screened Music Guest Panellist William Goodchild

William’s composing portfolio includes original music for natural history and history documentary, radio drama and commercials. He works regularly with a number of international and national orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC Concert Orchestra and the London Metropolitan Orchestra. As conductor and orchestrator he has undertaken numerous projects for the BBC including several major natural history series.
