Biography

Image of Hugh Fowler

I have been composing music since I was 13 and for the last four years have been writing for TV, Film and Radio. My music has been heard across many different TV networks including BBC 1 and 2 (both national and regional), S4C, Channel 4, The History Channel (US) and National Geographic. I have had experience of Drama, Documentaries (covering all sorts of things from Romans to Zoos to Rivers of the World) and have co-composed/provided additional music for four feature films. My latest job was a nature series "Tir Cymru" for the Welsh channel S4C.

My style covers quite a large base given the various requests that are made by TV Producers and Directors alike - my recent work includes Orchestral (Baroque/Classical/Romantic/20th Century scores), Jazz, Rock & Roll, Easy Listening, Dance, Electronic and Creative Sound Design.
